Specializing in the development and marketing of signature residences, Janene Kraft has dedicated the last 20 years to the creation of captivating environments.

Drawing from the inherent character of each unique property, Ms. Kraft focuses on authenticity to create “total concept homes” which convey a seamless identity both inside and out.

In addition to working with residential developers on the conceptual design and branding of notable communities throughout Southern California.

Ms. Kraft has directed the renovation of dozens of signature residential properties for independent clients. Her work has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens’ Garden Shed Magazine and was the cover feature of Dream Gardens Across America, an annual design publication.

Additionally, Ms. Kraft has worked with major retail developers such as TrizecHahn Development Corporation on the conceptual design and marketing of distinctive shopping destinations throughout North America including the renowned Hollywood & Highland™ destination featuring the Kodak Theatre™ (home to the Academy Awards™).

Through her trademark, Sanctuary Living™, Ms. Kraft connects people and place, drawing out inherent quality and charcter of each to involve, invigorate and inspire.
